Pick out 6 to 10 different exercises a day in different muscle groups and try for a keto bodytone maximum of 12 reps with 3 sets for every exercise. Your rest should not exceed thirty seconds between reps.It is also wise to stay focused on the quality of your exercise and not the quantity.
