You can get it in California in certain smoke shops and tobacco stores.

But other places it is really hard to find.

I have it here in CA. But underage dipper here so can't ship it out. At least it'll be hard. Honestly it isn't that great. I wouldn't do it everyday. I got old of it after dippi g it everyday for just 1 roll. Skoal mint last longer. But the cope mint comes of really strong!
