yeh man honestly either southern blend or just some pouches and it's done if you don't want to do that just swap sides or move back to your cheek

Pouches definitely help and also putting it in between your cheek and gum. Also, when I dip flavored shit for any period of time it jacks my gums up. Just switch to something non-flavored. Cope LC or Cope natural. That or you can throw in an upper decker.

southern blend is easy on the gums so you could use that for a little bit. just switch sides of your mouth or give it a couple of days. since your new it's not uncommon for them to be a little sore, especially if you do mint or wintergreen. I used to do mint and I can't stand it now because it's so hard on the gums.
