Every member must meet with us in person before becoming a member. In the interview, the recruiter will talk to you about the history of the Freedom Rights Militia, what it is like to be a member of the militia as well as find out what motivates you and your general background and skills.
In the interview, We will ask for your Identification. We will use this information for the Non-Disclosure agreement you will be required to sign.
Once the interview is concluded, we will ask you to complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement. This must be done in order to consider you for membership.
Your recruiter will recommend your membership to the Battalion Commander, you should be contacted to move forward with your membership. Once you are accepted as a member, you will be given various materials to get you started as a member, as well as be introduced to your commanding officer. Additionally, you will be added to our mobilization alert system.
Your commanding officer will introduce you to the upcoming training schedule as well as give you a brief orientation and set you up with your squad or platoon leaders. From there, it’s up to you to start attending various trainings and getting to know others within your assigned unit.
